Shipping policy

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail with tracking. Made-to-order items are handmade for you and usually dispatched within 3–4 weeks of your order. Ready-to-ship items and knitting kits are dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order. Delivery time after dispatch depends on Royal Mail’s service and is separate from the making time.
